Services Covered

These terms apply to all services, including:

• Hypnotherapy (in-person and online)

• Tarot Readings (email and intuitive sessions)

• Crystal Healing (distance and in-person)

• Energy Massage

• Hypnotherapy downloads

• Online Events (requiring payment - such as group distance healing sessions, etc)

 

Payment & Booking

• Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• All tarot readings are delivered by email. Turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days.

• Hypnotherapy sessions are pre-booked and time-specific.

• PayPal is the primary payment method (others may be accepted upon request).

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations within 48 hours of Hypnotherapy (in person or online), Energy Massage or In-Person Crystal Healing appointments will result in upfront payments being lost. Outside of 48 hours will allow the payment to be transferred to another date, a maximum of twice only.

• No refunds are offered for any services, products or events.

 

Readings Disclaimer

• Tarot and intuitive readings are for guidance and self-reflection only.

• They do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.

• You are responsible for your own decisions and well being.

 

Healing Disclaimer

• Energy healing, crystals and hypnotherapy are complementary therapies and should not replace medical care.

• Results vary from person to person. These practices support your healing — they do not “cure.”

 

Data & Privacy

• Your personal details are treated with complete confidentiality.

• Any data collected via forms is used only to provide your chosen service and will never be shared.
