This session installs drive, ambition and goal reaching energy whilst helping the subconscious let go of any negative emotions or thinking patterns that could be potential obstacles going forward. Perfect for people who are looking to reach their goals this year, have plans they want to put into action, or who are simply looking to release the old and welcome this new energy. Mats, blankets and pillows provided, along with refreshments at the end.

Join me for an hour of pure relaxation as I take you on a journey through hypnosis into my sound healing temple. Once here let the frequencies of my singing bowls heal you on a cellular level, before inviting your subconscious to release anything it does not wish to carry. A deeply profound experience that heals on a mental, physical and spiritual level. Mats, blankets and pillows provided, as well as light refreshments at the end.
