These small group sessions are designed to help you relax deeply, release emotional weight, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive space.

Whether you are joining for deep relaxation, personal growth, or simply a peaceful evening, each event is created with intention, care, and a welcoming atmosphere.

These small group sessions are an invitation to pause, breathe, and gently release whatever you may be carrying.

​

People come to these evenings with many different intentions — letting go of an old habit, a pattern of thinking, emotional weight, a stressful situation, or simply the tension of everyday life.

​

Through guided hypnosis, deep relaxation, and gentle sound, you will be guided into a calm inner space where the mind and body can safely soften and release.

​

Sometimes we know exactly what we want to let go of, and sometimes we simply arrive with the intention to relax and allow the mind to do what it needs.

​

Either way, these sessions create a peaceful space to return to yourself and leave feeling lighter.

​

Groups are kept small (usually 3-4 people) so the experience remains calm, relaxed and personal. They are carried out at my cosy home in Exeter.

What to Expect

When you arrive, you’ll be invited to choose a space in the room and get comfortable. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are all provided so you can settle in and relax.

​

The evening begins with a gentle welcome before you are guided into a deeply relaxing hypnosis journey, sometimes accompanied by calming sound elements.

​

The intention of the session is simply to allow the mind and body to soften and release whatever you are ready to let go of.

​

What to Bring

Everything you need for comfort is provided, including yoga mats, blankets and pillows.

You are welcome to bring your own blanket or cushion if you prefer, but it is not necessary.

 

After the Session

After the journey, there is time to gently return and ground before heading home.

​

Refreshments are available for anyone who would like to stay for a short while, relax and chat. You are also welcome to head off straight away if you prefer.
