Services Covered

These terms apply to all services, including but not limited to:

• Hypnotherapy (in-person and online)

• Tarot Readings (email and intuitive in person sessions)

• Crystal Healing (distance and in-person)

• Energy Massage

• Hypnotherapy downloads

• Reiki

• Phoenix Session

• Rocksands' Signature Experience

• Sound Healing/Bath

• Combined Services

• Online Events (requiring payment - such as group distance healing sessions, etc)

 

Payment & Booking

• Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• All tarot readings are delivered by email. Turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days.

• PayPal is the primary payment method (others may be accepted upon request), unless booking online through the booking system.

 

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations within 48 hours will result in upfront payments being lost. Outside of 48 hours will allow the payment to be transferred to another date, a maximum of twice only.

• No refunds are offered for any services, products or events.

 

Readings Disclaimer

• Tarot and intuitive readings are for entertainment purposes only.

• They do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.

• You are responsible for your own decisions and well being.

 

Healing/Hypnosis Disclaimer

• All services are complementary therapies and should not replace medical care.

• Results vary from person to person. These practices are here to support your healing — they do not “cure". There are no guarantees to results.

Spa Healing Retreat Days & Experiences

• Payment must be made upfront in full before your booking will be confirmed, unless otherwise arranged. If the full balance is not paid by 2 weeks prior, your space will not be secure.

• No refunds are given once payments are made.

• Should you need to cancel, at least 48 hours notice must be given. In this case, you will be offered a voucher back to use at a future retreat day. If your cancellation falls within 48 hours, any payments made prior will be forfeited. 

• No refunds are given at any time.

 

Data & Privacy

• Your personal details are treated with complete confidentiality.

• Any data collected via forms is used only to provide your chosen service and will never be shared.
